Who can Apply

Tribal Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka.

Stipend to the Law Graduates So that applicant belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes along with following criterias:

Law degree holder from any State or Central Governanment recognized University / Institutions. (either 3 years or 5 years course).

Whose Income is below 2.0 Lakhs.

Maximum Age limit is 40 years.

Who residing in Karnataka.

LAW GRADUATES APPLICANT BELONGING to CAN APPLY TO STIPEND.

The last date for submission of Law Graduate online applications :31-05-2023 No further extension

How to Apply

Registration

Using your Aadhaar Card Number Regsiter with us providing all required Information.
Confirmation

After Registration, an SMS will sent to the Applicant and they can print the acknowledgement form as proof of application.
Verification

Tribal Welfare will do spot verification to verify the details provided by the Applicant and process the application further.
Allotment

After successful spot verification, monthly stipend of Rs.10,000/- is given for a period of 4years.Stipend will be credited in the account of the Applicants.

Aadhaar Number

Provide your Aadhaar Number and Name as in your Aadhar card.

Caste Certificate Number

15 digits RD number of your caste certificate.

Income Certificate Number

15 digits RD number of your income certificate.

Law Degree Certificate

Upload scanned image of Law Degree Certificate. Size of document should not exceed 100kb.

Mobile Number

Provide your currently active mobile number for further communications with you.

Stipend For the Law Graduates

Stipend to Law Graduates is given to SC/ST individual residing in the state of Karnataka to enable the fresh law graduates to practice law in various courts, training course is arranged under the Senior Advocates. The stipend is given to a SC/ST resident of Karnataka, who is a law degree holder from any State or Central Governament recognized University / Institutions.The total income of the Applicant should be less than Rs. 2.0 lakhs.
